Get off at the East Exit of Kōkū-kōen Station, cross the scramble crossing with a large display of a plane (YS-11) on your right, and go to the left to see the entrance of National Defense Medical College Hospital on your right.
If you are visiting the National Defense Medical College Research Institute (NDMCRI), please do not enter the hospital entrance, and instead continue down the tree-lined street until you reach the main gate of the National Defense Medical College. Please go to the guard station at the main gate to complete the visitor's procedures. (Visitors are not allowed to go through from the Hospital to NDMCRI.)
It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Kōkū-kōen Station to the main gate of the NDMC.
It is about a 5-minute walk from the main gate to the NDMCRI.
